#kind of dont fuck w tongue.. even though it is a staple in my family#i also love fish and seafood but i dont like eel which is also smth my family loves#hmmmmmmmm#oh im not crazy abt caviar either which like saying that is like blasphemy to them as well#there is a theme here...#what i kind of dont eat at all tho is brain and my while family doesnt do that either like that is a hard no for me im sorry#i did try it in soup once and it wasnt bad and i know ppl who love it but like i cant eat the meat directly i have a blockade in my head#maybe ill be able to work around it in time#i love bein able to eat the whole animal its the most respectful thing to me#also like just having the different skills needed to prepare and cook the different parts is so cool to me#i think my grandma is so cool for that bc she cleans out the goose and ducks after slaughtering and for different orders she leaves#different parts in our takes them out and she can do that just by feeling w her hands i think that is such a cool skill
